Employee Bios
Dan Fitzgerald, Operations Manager
Dan started working for Home Insulation part time in the Summers of 1970 and 1971. He then began full time as an insulation installer in June of 1972. Dan worked as an installer until June of 1978, when he became a salesman. In June of 1980, Jake promoted Dan to Superintendent and he started to take over the daily duties of managing the crews and scheduling work.
In 1986, Jake retired and Dan became the Operations Manager and still is today. Dan has been with Home Insulation Contractors for over 45 years and has a vast amount of knowledge of the residential and commercial sides of insulation. The thousands of projects that he has been involved with have given him the knowledge and understanding to meet any need a customer may have.
Joe Fitzgerald, Salesman
Joe started working for Home Insulation Contractors when he was 14 years old, in June of 1995. He worked part time for Home Insulation Contractors, working summers and weekends while going to high school and college. He started working full time as an installer in June of 2002. Later in 2004, he was promoted to salesman. Joe continues in the Sales capacity.
Joe has received training and knowledge in the spray foam field and can handle all your questions regarding the use of spray foam in any application.
Rene Soto, Salesman
Rene has been working at Home lnsulation Contractors for over 20 years. He began as an installer and has done every type of insulation job. Rene's many years of experience have helped him to know the insulation processes. Because of his extensive experience, he is the perfect salesman to help determine your residential project needs.
Crystal Azril, Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Crystal brings extensive accounting experience to Home lnsulation Contractors. Crystal has over 20 years of experience in all facets of accounting which causes her to see the business in an accurate light. Crystal holds a BS Degree in Accounting from Oregon State. Crystal also oversees the office management end of the business. Crystal's perspective is honest and straight forward. She constantly looks for new solutions to everyday situations.
Renee Dostie, Receptionist
With over 10 years of experience in our office, Renee brings her extensive office background with her. She has worked in numerous office settings, including offices in Oregon, California, Kansas, Pennsylvania and Maine. She has experience in Purchasing, Traffic, Accounting and Proofreading. Renee’s efforts as Support Staff are what she is known for.
